2. Camera

3. Photos and Media

The application accesses your device's photos and media to allow you to select and upload images, videos, or documents for work orders and service records. The application only accesses files that you explicitly choose to upload.

4. Location

The application collects precise and approximate location information to support attendance verification, customer visit verification, route tracking, travel monitoring, work order management, and service reporting.

With your permission, the application may collect location information while the application is in use and, where enabled, while running in the background during active work sessions. Background location is used to support attendance tracking, travel history, service verification, and accurate work progress monitoring.

Location information is collected only for business and operational purposes, securely stored, and shared only with your organization or authorized service providers where necessary. We do not sell your location information.

5. Notifications

The application uses push notifications to inform users about new work assignments, schedule updates, reminders, approvals, and other important service-related notifications. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

6. Microphone

The microphone permission is required because video recordings may contain audio. The app does not use the microphone separately for background or standalone audio recording.

7. Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google, to monitor application crashes and diagnose technical issues. Crashlytics may collect crash reports, device and operating system information, application version, installation identifiers, and related diagnostic information.
